    • Kinda looks like an anime girl
    • "Its over 9,000" meme reference in her legendary emote
    • Her ult is kinda reference to Megumin's (from the anime Konosuba) favorite and only used spell, and well known meme: EXPLOSION!!!!
  • Doomfist
    • One punch man. Literally can 1shot people with a punch.
  • Moira
    • Naruto run
    • Says "I've sighted the anime" pretty often
    • Her ult is a Dragon Ball reference
    • Fade is referencing some sort of Shadow Jutsu in Naruto (I think?)
  • Hanzo
    • "I choose you, spirit dragon" refering to Pokemon
    • "You are already dead" refering to the "omae wa mou shindeiru" meme

I recall during a BlizzCon panel they mentioned that a large number of the development team love anime so tried to tuck as many anime references into Moira and her cosmetics as possible. Pretty cool when you see some of the sprays.

You know in her Origin story? Where they showed her defecting to Blackwatch? Yeah… she didn’t care about what they had to offer nor their moral values, she just wanted Genji to be Senpai.
