There was a problem starting Overwatch TE-10220

I have an Xbox one and I can’t get into Overwatch. Once I select the game, it immediately takes me out of it, and a pop up appears saying:

There was a problem starting Overwatch
TE-10220

Can anyone please help me with this? I am really confused and I want to play

Hey looloo108,

This error is normally resolved after trying the following steps:

• Reinstall the game
• Reset Factory Reset Settings on Xbox
  When resetting, make sure to select the option Reset and keep my games & app so the entire library will not have to be redownloaded.
