calm your horses, I know very well this is part of the game in general and I accept it, however, some counter-swaps make some heroes literally unplayable. Like a Sombra to Ball or Doom. I feel myself a decent ball player but even absolutely zero aim nonskilled Sombra, if focus on just hacking me I can’t play the game unless I swap. I don’t think this is part of the original idea of counterswap. I would say 6v6 would fix it, but I know this probably won’t be happening. So rather introduce something like a hero ban so the tank can choose what he doesn’t want to play against, since it’s only one in each team, or rework them, so these swaps are not that impactful. Or even better, let people leave the game without penalty and leave it as it is. If you ever wondered why people don’t want to play or quit playing. It’s exactly this reason, the game is mostly great, but you are forcing people to stay in a position where they have to choose a penalty, or game they don’t want to play for whatever reason. There should be fun for everyone and this only make people throw the game instead of just leave which ruin the experience literally for 9 other people.
Or like Ball and Doom to half the cast…
I think all these problems could be solved with 6v6 mode. And I’m mostly worried about tanks, because there is not many heroes u can choose to play from in compare to DPS, you have a lot of options. I don’t and it’s already frustrating to play as a tank in some games. This issue need to be addressed from tank pov in my opinion.
Hard agree. 6v6 had its own issues, but it was better than this.
