I’m glad that the railgun damage was nerfed, but otherwise yeah still pretty much just buffs
Piercing is more annoying than a big deal, but the other two buffs certainly make up for the damage nerf

There is a reason why she is called LowskillOrn.
If they revert the one about piercing then I think overall it’s a win. The piercing one has to go though.

What about her huge straight nerf that outweighs the compensation buffs she got?

It takes literally THREE fully charged railgun shots to kill any DPS that isn’t Tracer or Widow if she doesn’t headshot one of them… and she can’t even 1 tap Tracer anymore
And? It’s not like they’re particularly hard to hit or headshot with…
Sojourn isn’t just broken. She’s easy. There’s no justification for her power.
