Can this like… be stopped somehow? Can you guys switch or something?? There are more than 10 other DPS characters. I am literally sick of having him in every game and every POTG being Genji. In QP you can barely see ANYONE else getting POTG, it’s always Genji!
Either this character needs to be nerfed or something or POTG needs to be completely reworked. Probably both tho.
All they gotta do is just drop his Ult charge rate by 20%.

I agree, something needs to be done about Genji. Most of the time when I’m facing a Genji, all he does is spam right click. No dash, no left click, hardly even a deflect. He’s abuseable now, and that ain’t right.
certainly hope so. Increasing CDs or doing honestly any of the changes ive seen suggested on the forums would be detrimental to him

blizz needs remove the dmg boost on blade… same than hanzo ult.
They need to revert the buffs he got. If brig wasn’t in the game, Genji would be good.
His shot got can literally one shot people if you quick melee. It just ridiculous, even if they nerf how quickly he gets blade they still don’t change anything. Blade is still OP

genji have been top 5 dps pick in QP since launch.

He can literally one shot squishies with shotgun and melee. The buffs he got shouldn’t have gone through. If blizzard focused on the actually problems, brig and Moira. They wouldn’t constantly need to buff DPS.
Well they just literally nerfed Brigitte and in the same Experiment where Genji is getting that nerf there are going to be some Moira changes.
Brigette is still broken. She’s needs to be reworked and so does Moira. But in GM Genji is the new meta. And in low ELO he is wayyyyyyyy overpowered.

Oh I get that Brigitte is still viable and Moira is very problematic for sure. Which I do agree that it’s a problem in the lower ranks. Also did you not even read the Reddit post from Jeff Kaplan regarding Genji and Moira?
It doesnt make sense as the ults work very differently. Both hanzo and dva cannot be dmg boosted, as they behave similarly, blade does not. (Yes I think genji needs some pretty big nerfs after the massive buffs he got)
POTG is a useless metric for literally anything other than arguing the POTG generator isn’t the best lol
