Always remember that there are also other voices than heroes out there, such as Athena, PushBot, Maximilian and that overly haughty little brat inside the car in Hollywood.

I don’t think there is one sole winner. That’s why there are different roles with different characters and personalities.
Personally, Ram and Cassidys voice are the smoothest in the game. Ramon Tikaram does an amazing job as a VA, you cannot help but be convinced and swayed to fight alongside him and the filter for his omnic voice is so bassy and booming.
And Cassidy, i mean cmon it’s Matt Mercer. Not only dashingly handsome but incredibly talented. He’s able to pull off wacky characters in other games but Cassidy is buttery smooth

Latinamerican spanish D.Va, Juno and Mei are the cutest
I like Mei’s cute accent and I’m warming up to Juno, I really wish I could hear more of Hana without being in her D.VA persona.
Hanzo dude is literally a raging man of overwatch when angry and that roar on dragon especially along with onryo filter.
tracer i like her some may not, especially those she used to one clip a lot.
ana is awesome honestly perfect 10/10 on sass
i mean its kinda difficult almost a lot of heroes are awesome whether its 76 or reaper or cass or ashe or widow or sombra or mercy or junkrat or queen.

The best? Subjective, but I really think Sigma. Boris Hiestand has been doing excellent work with the character.
Hottest: Hoo boy, this is very wide ranging. We could go for the obvious (Widowmaker etc.) but I think Ramattra’s voice though all the vocoders is actually very seductive. And that makes complete sense from a lore standpoint: He’s the leader of what is essentially a spliter cell of omnic terrorists. He has a cult of personality around him.
Most adorable: Mei. Because the VA put so much of herself into the character. The ‘Sorry, sorry, sorry’ voiceline is an outtake they decided to keep. You can’t not go ‘d’aww’ at that.
Beautiful voice though? I keep trying to think of all the voices, and keep circling back to Hanzo. Paul Nakauchi’s voice is very rich, it’s just very nice to listen to. I feel like I could listen to him read the phone book.

I never found out which voice actress this is but my guess is that it could possibly be Laura Bailey as she did lots of work for Blizzard and sounds somewhat similar. If any blue or MVP wants to reveal the voice actress for her than it would be much appreciated.
