So dps debuff increased from 20 to 25, slight bullet size reductions. And soj is back to being able to blow tracer’s head off with a full charge rail.

kind of wanted a sombra buff… oh well. i had the feeling widow wouldnt get nerfed either. dont think she is a problem below the master levels.

kind of glad about that. although i wouldnt mind an ashe type rework w/o a charge mechanic hehe… i hate charging
