Comments: Lucio’s speed boost is so extremely essential to all compositions currently, and he also has the 2nd best ult in the game (after trans). Along with that, he is actually an extremely formidable duelist. Instead of ruining his utility, his damage should be put back where it was before his rework in 2017. He simply has too many strengths to not play him.
Zarya:
Graviton surge no longer prevents heroes from using movement abilities
Comments: Graviton surge is still the best offensive ultimate in the game. It is the reason why combos such as grav dragon are so incredibly frustrating and have so little counterplay. Considering Zarya’s current state, her ultimate can afford to be toned down further.
Ana:
Biotic nade now heals 20 health per second for 5 seconds instead of 100 instantly
Comments: Ana’s burst healing is too oppressive and her anti nade has too many high-impact purposes for its easy use. Being used simultaneously as an extremely good defensive AND offensive ability simply for looking at the ground and using it is an issue.
Zenyatta:
Discord orb reduced to 25% damage increase
Comments: Zenyatta has been a near must pick for 10 seasons in a row now, with this being his 11th. He has the best ultimate in the game and does close to the amount of damage as DPS. Pros say the utility from his discord is simply too good not to run.
D.Va:
She already got her nerf on the PTR
Brigitte:
Repair pack cooldown increased to 10 seconds
Repair pack healing reduced to 100
Shield reduced to 400 hp
Comments: despite people on the forums thinking Brigitte is in a balanced or even bad state, the pros have professed that even after all her nerfs, she’s still simply far too effective for the amount of skill she requires. Her whole kit screams “niche” and yet somehow she’s found herself in must-pick status. This needs to change.
Why nerf the healing portion instead of the offensive portion?
It might be powerful in pro play, but in ladder discord isn’t even slightly a problem. If you nerf it then you’ll make Zenyatta a trash tier pick outside of the T500.

I hated Brigitte since the moment she was released. However, even I’m satisfied with her current state.
You have to understand that Brigitte is really only strong if run with Goats. Outside of that she plays second fiddle to Zenyatta and Lucio.

Rein: One of the most bugged ultimates, can be blocked by a tuna can on the ground and payload doesnt count for LOS checks for many ults. Its a global design mechanic pal, look it up.
Lucio: His damage is absolutely not a problem. If you cant deal with a lucio before said lucio kills you, its a you issue : You got outplayed. 2nd Best ult in gaahajahajaa. Oh boy, what?
Zarya: Hey you know this ultimate that does this thing? yeah now it doesnt do that thing . Yeah no, you are basically making a graviton surge a halt from Orisa. Terrible, terrible absolutely zero sense measure.
Ana: No reason at all for this nerf since her hits are already mini dots, makes sense a grenade does a “burst” thing.
Zen: No reason at all, that 5% is to bring it in line with mercy damage boost. So no, makes no sense.
Brigitte: How to destroy every single part of a hero because of pure hate. Thats it.

All other “counters” than another Reinhardt are on long cooldowns that are usually used on the other heroes on your team. Winston bubble/Orisa shield/Zarya shield can all be baited, and as soon as they are baited, you have a completely free shatter.
So its good, after all it should be way to bait it just like you can make other rein drop his shield
Also we have stuff like lucio boop and doomfist with lower cd who can mes with his ult.

pros literally say that lucio beats nearly every DPS hero in a 1v1. especially tracer/soldier/genji/widow. and it is evident in his pick rate that he is too strong and needs something to be tuned down. I simply chose his damage.

mercy damage boost increases the DPS of one hero. discord orb (assuming proficient target prioritisation) increases the DPS of 6 heroes. why in the world would they need equal damage multipliers?

Zarya already got her grav nerf a while ago, we don’t need this.
Ana is currently exploiting the fact that the other main healers are pretty weak due to relatively recent nerfs, like the Mercy healing and the Moira “bug fix” Perhaps she might need nerfs one day, but not right now.
Brig just got more nerfs already, I hate her more then any other hero in this game but she has been more or less put in her place with the last few nerfs. No need for more

Rein’s shatter needs fixing for sure. I didn’t get stunned by shatters right in my face but got stunned multiple times on higher grounds by it. Other times not. One of the reasons I don’t play rein. I don’t want to deal with an rng ult.
So Lucio should go back to being a support bot providing utility but avoiding conflict unless enemies are 1hp?

Oh and Ana? Let’s take her strongest suit away from her and her survivability which is already pretty bad along with it. Your suggedtion makes ana basically a throw as soon as there’s a winston. Her nade would not even slightly compensate for winston’s damage to her.
