Hi, so uh, i’ve had this idea for a long time, it’s basically a new hero idea so um, here goes.
Hero Name: Strike
Real Name: Dai Shimada/Palmers (Palmers being his adopted name)
Age: 29
Hero Role: Damage
Story/Lore: Dai Shimada was born from an infidelity between Sojiro Shimada and a unnamed woman. The unnamed woman raised Dai until she was diagnosed with a heart disease. The unnamed woman wrote a letter to Sojiro Shimada, before sending Dai off to live with him. Like Genji and Hanzo, (Kiriko too), he was trained by Asa Yamagami. He was noted to be skilled with the sword like Genji. One day, as Dai was walking among some property, he felt a bizzare feeling before blacking out. When he came to, he awoke to the local village in flames and destruction. Survivor’s claimed a red ghost dragon attacked the village. Sojiro Shimada was blamed for it, considering his house/estate was left unharmed, however, it was then found out Dai Shimada was the cause. Dai had somehow unlocked the Shimada Spirit Dragon and accidentally unleashed it onto the village. Not wanting his son to be harmed, or for the Shimada named to be disgraced. He banished Dai from not only the family name, but the estate and village. Homeless, alone, scared, Dai was found by a British Couple by the name of Palmer. There, they raised/adopted Dai as their own. Dai Shimada grew up, living an almost normal life. Along the line next to becoming a businessman, he learned control his spirit dragon while also training with a sensei who’s name shall be left out. Considering Japan in 2076-2077 (I’m guessing), is just filled with crime. Dai Shimada became the vigilante at night dubbed, “Strike”
Main Weapon/Secondary: Requiem
The combination of a sword and a bolt action rifle.
Rifle Damage = 30 - 11 (Falloff is gonna be up to the devs idk)
Sword = 18 - 9
Reload Time - 2.9 - 3 seconds
Ammo - 9 - 10
(The whole weapon can really be left to the devs tbh. I’m not good at this stuff)
Passive: Wallclimb
Secondary Ability = Pulse
(I don’t want it to seem like im copying hero’s, i just wanna get this to the devs and hope for a chance.)
Similar to Hanzo’s sonic arrow and Widowmaker’s Infrasight. Dai uses the spirit dragon’s senses to see his enemies only for a second. Dai can use Pulse to get an advantage over enemies.
Cast Time - 1 - 2 seconds
Cooldown - 12 - 15 seconds (maybe more)
Ability - (i dont have idea for one, maybe you guys for the dev’s can help out)
Ultimate Ability - DragonBite
You basically turn into the spirit dragon and move in a tidal wave pattern of sorts, however u must try to avoid hitting walls or else u transform back into regular form.
There are several ways to stop the Dragonbite transformation. And the way Dai Shimada turns into the dragon is by stabbing himself in the stomach with his sword. Similar to a samurai commiting seppuku, which was used voluntarily by samurai to die with honour rather than fall into the hands of their enemies.

The Dragon during Dragonbite does burning damage if it passes by an enemy. I don’t know how much damage so, I’ll leave it up to you and devs.
Note: I hope you guys like this idea. Please help me get this to the devs. The idea of a third Shimada brother sounds cool and I just wanna get this published. Thanks guys
