we would all agree that monetization is a problem, but it is belittled with “other games do it, if you don’t like it don’t buy it, etc”. ok, monetization will never change. 
we would all agree that the workshop continues to be the biggest and most wasted collaboration opportunity ever… but it is never talked about and instead workshoppers are always asked to emulate the old abilities/features of the game (shield generator, mass ress, etc.). ok, Blizzard could repeating the same mistake made with DOTA.

but as soon as “5v5 or 6v6” is brought up, even people who haven’t played the game in a long time move with fervor to make a opinion of comparison. and with news of a “possibility” the fervor of complaints continues and increases. just to point it out.

5v5 is universally hated outside of the same 3 shills defending so idk what you are talking about.
here’s an example: every single topic that talks about any other topic of problems serious enough for the game to deserve that “2” in the title… it goes back to which is better than the other between 5v5 and 6v6.
so ok, having done this “tweet”, where are the rest of the arguments for the other problems of the game? let’s bet from now that the next answer will be “but the 5v5 / 6v6…”

So you think that people opt for the easy “Team 5v5 vs. Team 6v6” discussion, even when it’s about OW2 as a game in general.
If that’s the case, I think you shouldn’t be that bothered. That’s how forums work. There’s a taste of everything, and there’s something for everyone.
The reason 6v6 is so much more talked about is because 5v5 worsened the already existing game.
Even though canceling the pve for example is extremely bad, it doesn’t take away from what is already in the game but 5v5 surely does.
Oh please, this community is just rotten to the core and thats the main issue. If it wasnt 5v5 vs 6v6 itd be “We hate onetricks”, “we hate Ana”, “we hate oneshots”, “we hate the increased healthpool”, “we hate monetization”, “we hate Venture”. Therell always be something dragged into the crossfire, most people just want to argue
