The Stadium patch is useless

Zarya’s problem isn’t that she got too much cash. It was that she does too much and makes her team unkillable with her bubbles. The cash nerf did nothing.

Cass’ problem wasn’t that he got too much cash, it’s that he does too much damage period with how much weapon power affects him and he doesn’t have to aim with his powers. Even around 25% weapon power is when he starts invalidating sustain builds and starts two-tapping.

Ana buffs are fine, I guess. I don’t feel like she needs them, personally, I’d rather just actually nerf Juno so her torpedo build isn’t so dominant.

And the lack of Soldier, Junker Queen, and Rein nerfs is WILD.

Can we have a patch that actually does something?

Rein badly needs more nerfs to his stacking speed, lifesteal, and attack speed build. I have to build totally around countering him just to participate, but there’s still no getting away from him. Feels like if he hits you once, you’re caught and will never outrun the speed he starts building off that hit.

There’s a reason Rein has a crazy high pick rate at every rank. I’m not using him until he’s nerfed. Unfortunately, I don’t think Queen can be nerfed until Rein is.

The nerfs did nothing to any of the heroes.

Cass is still frustrating and busted.

Zarya is still nuts strong.

Rein is mindlessly strong.

Junker Queen is busted.

Like…what…did this patch accomplish??? Who was this for?

Are they balancing this mode around console?

They should stop nerfing and buff the weaker heroes and builds.

This game mode is so fun because of how strong heroes are.

Lucio is now not that fun since they nerfed boop daddy. I just be throwing now going for the wall kills. I moved to ana. Rip boop daddy :pensive:

I think Zarya is mot even op atm. She struggle to kill high defence Orisa, and rein also destroy Zarya, she is only good against JQ and Dva…

I’m not sure what console has to do with it. Those heroes are also the strongest in the mode on console, and high-level hitscans have even higher accuracy on console than on PC, so Cree is still two-tapping me with no issue.

I don’t hate the cash reduction. They’re still strong, but now their strength ramps up slower and isn’t as bad in earlier rounds.

They said D.Va has the highest winrate on console, but on PC hers is comically low. And we’re still not seeing any D.Va buffs for PC.

I don’t think Cass is more accurate on console. I think it’s usually been the other way around (unless a lot of people are using XIM).

I want “nerf cashflow” to become the new “shadow step to intended locations.”

I think mercy needs to be looked at. She makes the already strong heros very nauseating to play vs you just get one shotted regardless of items. I think they also need to nerf the amount of cash gained from healing it seems to have the same rate as ult generation where healing gives more than damage on average.

I’ve seen less of her than anyone else. I’m guessing it’s because she usually is on the losing team. From what I’ve seen, she needs the opposite of nerfs.

She gets crazy strong very quickly. I think there are one or two items that allow you to melt bubbles/shield quicker and i’ve had to use them so I could get to her and burn her down, or burn a support down. I know that feeds her charge, but odds are she’s charged already because it’s stupid easy for her to get in stadium.

Agreed. Same can be said about Soldier and his affects multiple targets.

I was surprised that Soldier didn’t get an adjustment. He’s double pocketed in a lot of my matches. Rein and JQ did get nerfs.

Glad they nerfed Lucio. How frequently he could dump stupid amounts of overhealth was ridiculous.

Not really, she’s good in higher ranks. Orisa is the rare one.

I’m very tempted to say “Rein’s not a problem”, but my experience is that I always play Rein, and I’m starting to always see Rein too. So he just might be really strong if he’s always played.

Though, I think nerfing the character who has the least range can be an issue if you’re also concerned with McCree, Soldier an the like. I don’t want him to end up strangely gimped like he is in the normal mode.

Orisa is not rare. The people who play just know how popular Zarya is, so why even bother? As soon as horse gets buffed, or Zar gets nerfed, they will take that inch for every mile they can.

I like queen, but raw protection seems like things she needs. Which explains why I see 1 per 6 games maybe.

JQ has a higher pickrate than Orisa. She has 2 different ability builds that she can do which is why I end up seeing her a lot in Pro+.

Compared to Rein/Zarya, no one is popular, though. They outpick/outmatch everything in this mode lol.

He just shouldn’t have movement speed stack. He should be powerful and he should be able to get people in his range, but not that easy and not with how easy it is for him to do. He shouldn’t be able to outrun speed heroes. That’s the wild thing to me.

IMO certain heroes need to have a cap on certain things and abilities. Zarya needs caps on what she can do to her bubbles. Right now, she can increase their size, HP, she can add healing, cooldown reduction, throw it on another ally, etc. Too many things. Rein needs caps on how much movement speed he can get, Cass needs a cap on how much weapon power he can get, etc.

I remember them saying that about the first week of Stadium, but I can’t remember the last time I saw a DVa (I’m Elite 1 on highest role). It’s almost all Rein with JQ in distant 2nd. There’s an occasional Zarya but no Orisa unless I pick her. I think the DVa thing was temporary while people were trying Stadium for the first time.

All hitscan have higher accuracy on console at higher ranks. It’s always been that way. When stats were consistently available, Xbox was always about 1% higher than Playstation, and PS was about 1-2% higher than PC. Call it aim assist or whatever, but it doesn’t change the fact that hitscan absolutely dominate console.

That’s odd that console aim is higher accuracy on hitscan.

I believe you, I just find it bizarre.
