The SR difference in groups and the carry system

This new season, I have been playing for over 15+ hours and countless others and ran into the major issue; the reoccurring difference in SR in groups and levels. Currently, if you are bronze-Diamond, you have the ability to bring along your friend that is 1000 SR difference along with being just 25 to go into competition. On paper, it makes it out to be a fun way to help each other but it really is screwing up the game. It promotes a carry system where that plat player may be too good for a match while that silver is too inexperienced at that level. I just had a match today where a 2700 plat and two 1700 silvers, around that much, played together. Because of this, the plat did amazing work but the silver players both chose an off tank and off healer role that requires mechanical knowledge and thus acted like silvers. Not to mention that both where level 30. I am suggesting that the gap be lowered to 500 and the level to enter competitive play is raised to 50 or 100. These players are going into competitive and sure they will get better over time, but it is messing up other players that want to climb. They need time to practice and get better in their environment first instead of throwing them into the fire. A scenario is bringing your 10-year-old child to an adult football game and that person will slow down the game and make it worse for others. Sure it is sweet to do but not for others that want to get better. Finally, it causes anger, frustration, and some games even leavers. Blizzard team may want everyone to get along but this system will bring down comp slowly over time. Don’t you want your players to like the competitive system more?
