'THE REAL HEROES' Weekly Challenge not progressing

I have playing support every round and getting healing and whatnot and it is still stuck at “PROGRESS: 6,387 OF 65,000”.

Same issue, but mine reset, this morning I was around 63k/65k then when I logged on this evening it was down to around 3k, I played a bit including supports and when I went to log off it was down to 480???

Side note, very much so enjoying ow2!!!

Same issue, have it stuck on ~11k healing for dozens of quick-play games now.
Same with the “The Best Defense” challenge.

I’m also having this issue with “The Real Heroes” being stuck at 6839 healing and “The Best Defense” being stuck at 4324 damage.

Yo guys, try to not start a waiting game like deathmatch during queue. Just wait for your game to start on your game menu. It did work for me

Message from another post confirming my idea (and explaining better than me btw) :

" Yup I had this bug on the tank and dps weeklies, can’t remember the names offhand. But anyways the bug is triggered when you queue up for a game and enter the stuff between games (like skirmish, death match, etc.) So just queue up and sit/stare at your screen and they don’t reset. It sucks but it works, its how I finally finished them. "

I have the exact same problem.

Same here. Playing strictly Support and getting 0 heals towards that weekly.

same issue, have been healer most of the night, no progression on this

Mine is stuck at 0 and I’ve played support every time I’ve queued

i have done the healing one in weakly but my dmg and mit is just stuck in 0 and cant get the xp and make me really mad over i have to grind more now for it

Same issue but for me it’s not progressing at all. Still on 0 of 65,000 and I played support role with both Mercy, Moira and Zenyatta in quick matches. And it not moving at all. :frowning:

Related issue, THE BEST DEFENSE challenge got a nice reset from 76k to 0 ot of 125k and is not progressing anymore. Please fix/help etc. Thank you

Same here with THE BEST DEFENSE challenge. Reset to 0 and stuck …can’t complete it.

it’s not working at all. The few coins they give, they want to strip it away with not fixing the damn bug.
