Remove private profiles, add a score-board. Watch how quick bad players, OTPs, trolls, smurfs, cheaters disappear.
And watch how quick toxicity drops because you actually have someone that can be held accountable for their actions.

Nah, removing private profiles wont do anything apart from allow people to shame each other (more toxicity).
Scoreboards are meaningless as real, meaningful creative plays cant be tacked up to a score.
All it does is make people think you have something to hide there is no point for them unless you are a Mercy main wanting to try Widow in masters or GM.
If only we didn’t have 20+ years of FPS games to prove you wrong (Halo 3 for example).

It won’t really change much. You’ll just get different toxicity. Instead of the “Hey you’re useless because I feel you’re not contributing” or “I’m gold kills as Moira all DPS sucks” toxicity you’ll get the “Hey why are your numbers so low you suck now swap” complaint. Stats don’t mean anything without context, neither does medals. Maybe your Ana’s healing is low because you’re running around like headless chickens and not protecting her leaving her to fight off flankers and not because she sucks.
I don’t care either way, I doubt we’ll get any more or less toxicity so if people want it just add it. But pretending it removes toxicity is kind of silly, just look at other games with more detailed stats, same toxicity different imaginary blame.

People are going to hate me for saying this but I want SR Performance back. Its has became really really hard to climb with so many people throwing or giving up in one fight.
I try my best to communicate, come up with solutions or etc. No matter how hard I try I can’t change those about others. The main reason for getting rid of SR performance was to stop one tricking but it didn’t work at all. Tons of people still smurf as well and one trick.
It really sucks on how easy it is to lose than to win. I was in masters and the moment I had fallen out I got stuck because of the mentality these players have.
It really kills my confidence when I can’t control others actions while being positive and still suffering loses when they could be wins if people tried.

May I remind you private profiles werent a thing for some time and people demanded adding them in because they were pigeon holded into most hours played heroes. And OTP, leavers, smurfs, etc. Were as prominent as now.
Also a scoreboard reducing toxicity? CS:GO tend to disagree.
Actually Sis, the problems with Widow that are being discussed are high elo… so, get off the “low elo” argument, that is not the issue right now with WM.
So what if a mercy main wants to switch? Should she be shamed for it?
Anyone, and I mean anyone, should not be allowed to swap off their class to play heroes they never play. Forced 2-2-2 fixes that and with how hard they’re working on it I don’t have to worry this will be an issue for much longer.
Please, tell me all about the scoreboard that tells me about the genji that reflected hanzo’s arrow to save the team wipe, or the mercy that ressed the DVA to eat the grav.
