Hello players and Blizzard staff, this is the fifth time I have reported this issue on the Bug Feedback Forum, and I hope this will be the last time.
Two months ago (during the last season update), my Junker Queen mythical skin was locked in no reason. I immediately sent Tickets to report this problem. Just a few days later, in an update, the skin was returned to me. I thought the problem had been solved, but it was just the beginning for me.
Around May 15th, I saw many players reporting on the forum that mythical skins were disappearing. I checked and my Junker Queen mythical skin was gone too. Most players who encountered the same problem later regained their lost skins. I posted several posts on the forum to report this problem. To this day, my skin still has not been unlocked.
My skin is still locked after this season update. Out of frustration, I sent Tickets again today and got some positive responses, but they still suggested that I post a post on the forum to report this issue.
As we all know, it is very frustrating for Chinese players to lose Chinese servers. I hope this problem can be solved as soon as possible. I started playing Overwatch during the closed beta period. This year is my eighth year joining Overwatch. Please forgive my English. My expression skills may not be very good, but everything I have done recently is, firstly, to protect my rights, and secondly, to hope that Overwatch will get better and better.
