The pre-download started? Can't pre-download

So around half an hour ago PC players should be able to pre-download ow2 but I can’t… Is anyone encountering this issue?

Yeah, I still don’t have a pre-download either. There are a lot of people with the same issue, it’s not only you.

In Spain nothing of the pre-download.
