It’s cool to change things up, but it feels like we’ve taken a huge step backwards for the sake of said change. A lot of the perks are severely underpowered and replaced options that were both stronger and better designed. I’m very disappointed.
i think i remember WAY BACK when perks were first implemented them saying that they will change them often
i think this is the new “world of warcraft” feature that they will use to change things often. to make the game interesting…
still just like how i felt in “wow” people will eventually get tired of it. i quit wow since constant MASSIVE changes. these perks arent as bad as that but its a step in the direction
and if you think about it. this game is VASTLY different than when overwatch first launched. i know a STATIC environment in games gets stale but sometimes with some people its the best way.
they could at least have classic overwatch in the arcade but still it was on a different engine and no way mimic’d the real classic feel back in the day (ui, the engine of course and other stuff)
i guess its just the way it is with online service games. they constantly change, some WAY MORE CHANGES than others. also in a weird way overwatch is still the same as from launch… just a tiny bit
And yet we have speed-boost on nade and dash reset on melee. Some perks are OP to balance the ones that are UP.
My favourite is the hog right-click nerf perk. Classic.
