Dude he has the tamest most American friendly Scottish accent, if he was from the countryside or Glasgow then you would have a point. But he just sounds like an English guy putting on an accent…

If they got David Tennant to voice him he would instantly become my main.

I might need to get drunk to be able to understand him

Got to “speak his language” you know?

thats tame?

oh man…im in trouble…

Watch Peter capaldi in “the thick of it” that’s how I would want a Scottish tank to sound. Swearing and all.

I didn’t think it was that hard to understand, but I’ve also seen Trainspotting multiple times :sob:

Am super white, so I understood him. :man_shrugging: Or maybe you just haven’t watched Shrek enough.

The person who voices Shrek isn’t even Scottish… He is a Canadian putting on an accent.

The scottish accent is funny, but it makes it hard to take the guy seriously.

Shrek is not voiced by anyone. It’s a documentary.

It’s fine, Bastion has existed for 8 years and you’ve been alright

That’s very much a you problem. He’s speaking pretty standard English. Pretty clearly, too, especially considering how thick a Scottish accent can be.

This whole post is just giving me the same vibes that one Adele clip does, about her being in a dressing room with someone, and every American being like ‘I can’t understand her’! When she’s got the most average cockney accent you’ll ever hear. The only reason one wouldn’t be able to understand her is if English isn’t your native language, which is fair enough. I refuse to believe the average American can’t understand her there, nor that anyone will have any issues understanding Hazard.

You literally speak the same language. A broken and incorrect version of it, but it’s the same language nonetheless. If you can’t understand the same language, it’s time to pack in.

lol be glad it’s not a strong scottish accent. :sob:

Turn on all subtitles, I’ve been playing OW with all subtitles on since 2020 I believe.

I thought Aussie English was hard but turns out Hazard’s worse
