I actually do like one part of mirrorwatch mercy: Her damage boost.
The close range damage effect would make her db more flexible as it wont be a long range hitscan support only, but make her better at playing with brawl and dive dps.
Yeah it will need number changes but its the one change I liked since to use effectively you need to play more aggressively and risk your skin.
