I’ll never stop coming here to report this. I climb a bit with just normal old games. Nothing very unusual about it. Mostly what seems like players at their real ranks trying.

You know what’s coming i don’t even have to say it.
Troll fest, losing 4 in a row due to literal throwers. Bunch of 1 endorsements on my team. 4 endorsements, and at least one smurf on the other team. All in a streak. Again. Predictable as hell.
Can’t have a 58% win rate, right? Can’t just have random games. Nah, gotta make sure to artificially stomp that down so your matchmaking appears to be fair, and also to keep players chasing that SR number.
I just had a Rein purposely sticking his butt right in my face as a try to Bastion. “Im shielding, look at me shield” he was trolling. I switch off Sym at one point and the other tank (a throwing duo) kept saying “waiting for the TP” LONG after i said 10 times that i switched. “Is it E to use the teleport?” First off, why am i matched with new players who apparently don’t know which button uses the teleport? Start them at the bottom. But i suspect they knew.
They’re trolling.
I didn’t have ANY of these players on my team while i went 11-3 to reach Gold. Then suddenly it’s all i get on my team? Game after game?
Right. Predictable streak that always comes at the same time.
Take your rigged matchmaker and trash it. It’s unethical.
I don’t care if i’ve posted this a million times. It needs to be said every single day. Because this otherwise great game is ruined by your matchmaker and everyone knows it. Change it.

Imagine thinking blizzard has the ability to automatically identify throwers, smurfs, and also someone on a winning streak and putting them all together in one match.
Sh*t happens kid, just move on, get your conspiracy theory outta here and get good at the game.

I can guarantee you that i would find several major mistakes in your games play which contributed to team loss.
Also i would climb to plat in a week on your account.

They don’t need the ability to predict anything. They can see what’s been happening the past 10 games.
These losers were put on my team. Trolls, throwers, idiots. They’re losing so they’re stuck on my team. A current winner. Nothing more to it.
I don’t know why you’d think the system would predict a troll. It can see what’s happening with MMR.
The system using MMR to make matches IS the cause of the streaks.
And shadow. I took Point A f’n solo. So screw you.

Why don’t you share the reply code of all those matches.
I’d like to see how they’re throwing/smurfing and what you’ve done to contribute to the team.
Blaming a non existent system and other players won’t get you anywhere.

It is so sad that this mindset is actualy making people stuck because they are so convinced that system is agaisnt them. Its making them obluvious to own mistakes.

I mean i blame matchmaker for unbalanced games when he puts silver tank in my team and plat tank on enemy team or blame others if my team mates are just dumb. But if you play enough it will be even with good and bad games. Normal matches are place where your skill will decide.

Don’t get me wrong, I get frustrated at the matchmaker too. Especially when we lose a match that I either did really well on or that I felt we should have won.
But at the same time I try control variables as best I can. Playing with people on my friends list as much as possible and almost always going in with a full group using LFG when I need to. I don’t care whether or not it affects my win rate since I’m bound to lose at least a couple games either way. Getting a group together at least lets us have a basic plan and understanding going in and generally we’ll have a more enjoyable time together, instead of trying to find a scapegoat for why we got steamrolled even though if it’s a steamroll it’s really everyone’s fault, not just one or two people.

I’m prepared for you all to pick apart my gameplay. I’m not saying i played perfectly. But what you won’t hear is our tanks in chat.
They say “GO, I’m shielding!” then they don’t and leave me to push ahead a bit with Sym.
I quickly figured “forget that then”
Changed heroes. Messed around until i had ult, took the point.
Same with Point B.
Actually, watching it back. We took Point B without the tanks, who were off messing around.
My favorite is when our Rein shattered, then immediately turned around and ran back to spawn to switch heroes.
Then, he doesn’t even make it out in time for the over time.
They ask for Bastion, so i go Bastion. I should have known the purpose was to plant Rein’s butt right in my face. I move. He moves. I move. He moves. I ask in voice to stand to the right. He acts like that’s a brilliant new idea he’s never heard before… and then does the same thing again. Total troll.
They’re screwing around, so of course my gameplay will look like crap. At this point, i don’t even care. I’ve been pretty on fire recently, and i believe that is WHY i have these idiots on my team all the sudden. This is a pattern i see constantly. Pop off for a bit, get complete wood tiers as teammates for 5 games straight.
The only reason i’m sharing this utter crap game is to show these throwers. Of course, i’ve had FAR better games recently.

For example yesterday I played match and it was close loss, my team mates sucked. I was tilted and blamed my dumb team mates in my head. But even in that i was thinking how I could play better and how i would won if i hit my shots or played better.
Team mates or matchmaker can be reason why you will lose certain games, but matchmaker and team mates are not reason why you are in certain rank.

I tend to not think of it as “what mistakes did I/my teammates/we make?” (because realistically no one is going to have a game where nothing could have been done better) but instead “what mistakes could I or someone else made up for/prevented from being punished?”
Like yes everyone can hit more shots but if my tank pushes in too aggressively or someone is out of position, there are definitely moments where I could move to back them up no matter what role I’m playing. Whether it’s with extra damage, protection or even a little healing.
I know I’ve had several games as Zen where I stubbornly hold onto trance, hoping to deny a big ult combo when if I look at a replay there are several moments where I could have saved several critical teammates who were low without facing an ult and stabilized/secured a fight so I could start charging my next ult.

I usually just play my best. Try to play safe. I AM thinking about my own improvement and for the most part i’ve gotten pretty thick skin while playing this game.
But these streaks of like 4 games in a row with unusually bad teammates and throwers are ridiculous.
That’s when i get ticked off. I’m trying to play this game the best i can. And i have these two tanks screwing around ruining the game for everyone. I watched the replay back, and at one point they’re both just standing around. Two shield tanks hiding in the back somewhere. Then the guy shatters, turns right around and walks to the spawn to switch.
Trying to rank up here. And this bs seems built to make us chase SR or fake a 50% win rate or something.
I don’t know what they’re doing, but there’s something weird going on with this game’s matchmaker.

That’s why so many people recommend taking a break after two losses in a row or even just one loss. If you get tilted at all you’ll inevitably play worse by comparison and no quality of teammate will change that. Not to mention if by chance you lose again you’ll only get more tilted.
In all fairness, if the duo was discussing a switch or something and the rein decided to swap, it’s not like he’d be using that ult anyway.

No, he used it on the enemy. Actually landed it. Then instead of following up, he walks away, lol.
It’s more funny now that i’ve cooled down a bit. You will see people messing around in any video game. What had me upset was how this was going on all night. After a nice 11-3 run of decent players all around, these come out of the woodwork and are put on my team over and over all the sudden?
I’d think it’s bad luck if this didn’t happen all the time for 4 years straight.

After 11-3 I’d call that more lucky for that streak than the other unlucky. It’s why I said also just take a break once you lose two in a row. After that any mistake a teammate makes will just look worse to you automatically.
