Hello, after downloading the newest update a couple days back, my games have been plagued with never ending frame hiccups that drop the frames at times below 10 constantly. This has made the game unplayable for me. Has this happened to anybody else?
It never disconnects or crashes, but a never ending frame drop/ jump throughout my games to the point I can barely leave the spawn room since it doesn’t even register me walking at times.

We’ve been seeing issues with the new update and Razer Chroma, we are currently recommending uninstalling all Razer software. I’ve had a contacts where we fully disabled Razer but the problem persisted until the software was removed.
Keep in mind that removing Chroma software may actually cause black screens, as the original bug was that the SDK does not get removed / disabled even if the main program is. If this happens you’d need to locate the file “rzchromasdk.dll” in the system and manually remove it. This can be done by searching “My PC” for the file name.
If it’s still not working after that, please reply back with a DXDIAG so we can get a better look into what’s happening.

I don’t believe I have any razor software in my laptop. I have a basic legion brand laptop. Are there any other ways?
