imo. I don’t get this new aquatic theme. And Ramm looks like a recolor of Poseidon from S2. Already seen some players sporting the new Soj though.

the thing is the sojourn skin is that the original was part of some OWL bundle.
And there are sadly many whales out there who just buy anything

I get it. It’s a way for players to grab the earlier skin, a version of it anyway. Can’t get excited about the widow though.
I like the fire one. But it’s a little annoying the cool sniper hero was given the school girl uniform treatment. Can we get skins that are cool, not skins that inspire explicit content.
i didnt expect a magical with holloween type mythic with widow either. was thinking of maybe if they made a talon theme season down the road. maybe a wicked talon skin but i guess ill take it.
it reminds me of the wizard of oz dorothy skin a bit

Euryale is another gorgon. It’s not technically aquatic themed, they just used that as an excuse to sell other recolors.
Anyways, I will join everyone else and gush about the skin people actually care about. Hogwarts Widowmaker is the best skin ever and I cannot wait to return to my roots as a Widowmaker one trick.

I was just thinking they could do more with her classic talon look, OW1, I mean. A variant, not just a different color. Or a take on an aristocratic theme. idk.
Widow skins are for the enjoyment of Sombra players, Widow players shouldnt get to have opinions on your skins, since Sombra players are the only ones that see them.

Only on my alternative account where it is safe. No idea how you cats do it. Back in the day, I was hated every single game for playing Widowmaker. I was fine because console did not have a functional report system when I was dumpstering kids.

yeah, is a bit… underwhelming for a mythic. Like the best version is the base without any hats. Reuse the base as a Steampunk legendary and give her a new mythic.
I think that is basically impossible. Everything will be a inspiration, sadly. Like put her in Heavy Military gear with baggy cloth and this kind of content will also use it.
basically, and with the hat she is a bit to similar to Ashe.
I really question is Team 4 will ever be able to stand to what they say. Yes they said it regarding the OPM collab, that the Heros only “cosplay” as the characters and that they want to preserve their silhouette.
Like mission failed, I would say.
I think Overwatch will need a “Default skin mode” for the other players on your Screen at some point if it wants to be recognized as a competitive shooter.
It does not matter in games like Fortnite, PUBG, R6, Apex etc. since the main focus is the gun but that is not the case in OW. Ive already had situations where I got into problems because I could not determent the Hero I was fighting against fast enough or even confused them with another hero.

I think her new Mythic is doooooopppeeee.
It also adds lore to her character like why is Widowmaker purple? Some kind of spider lab experimentation? I like the theme.
That being said, Im still mad a Tank like D.Va did not get the Mythic Witch skin

they make certain suggestive skins for certain heroes which they designed a certain way so that way certain people will make an animation and post it on a certain site

it has absolutly nothing to do with lore. Most Skins are noncanon.
And we know the reason why her skin is BLUE (not purple) since 2016.
