I like the new tank, and I played a few games on him and went crazy in every one.
That being said, this was in quickplay . I can already tell that in high ranks, he will undoubtedly be a throw pick. Ana completely counters him in every way possible, zen shreds the soul out of him. Roadhog would absolutely stomp on him, and virtually every other tank besides maybe DVA has viable ways to just complete negate him.
This is just my take on him so far, but we will have to see
