with this new passive genji has now same speed as hamster in BALL form during ult? while he gets free dash resets, 200hp tiny hitbox and 110 dps per swing with 5m range, it lasts 6 secs and there’s less CC / tanks in the game to counter nanoblade? how is this actually balanced in any way? idk at this point if these were done for OWL to keep him busted so he remains meta, but supports don’t need to suffer unless you wanna kill your game queues coming oct 4th, there is no risk to bully them with his kit.
he needs 175hp and either no more dash resets upon activating ult or channeled ult to make it more fair…
