If that were true. You wouldn’t play the game
it’s just addiction without fun, simple
still love artstyle, lore,characters, animations ect. everything with creative touch
but something fell off and it’s just not fun anymore, you sit and try to find those few fair matches while looking at chars rigs, evnironment design and light design

Play more sports games, play more fighting games, play more dota 2 or LoL, play more shooters, and visit Star Wars forums.
Once exposed to other groups you will soon learn Overwatch Community is pretty PG in comparison

But yeah the OW community is timid.
It’s just got a vocal minority of extremely jaded and fed up players that should just do something else. For their own sake
I never say glhf. And for good reason.
Why do you spend time here just to repeatedly post this kind stuff? Why not find a game you do like? There are lots of games I don’t like, so I don’t go to their forums.
OW is far from the most toxic community. Smite is way worse
i consider that “fragile” rather than “toxic” ngl. getting reported for saying gl hf or gg is being overly sensitive.
next up, saying “hi” or “bye” is going to be considered “toxic” or “offensive.” cant wait for that

People are reporting you for “glhf” because they’re toxic. They don’t like you for whatever reason, be it gameplay or just being mean people and want you banned, so they report you for chat.
just saying this because even though I’m sure you know this, many repliers don’t.

I wouldn’t say it’s the worst. League, Dota, Apex Legends and Valorant makes Overwatch look like a kindergarten.
That also comes with tbe caveat that the OW community has been conditioned to see everything as “toxic”. It’s become softer.
Oh, yes. The slurs and death threats of those communities are just so much more offensive. Totally.
i simply do not type in chat or join any voice channels, therefore i experience none of the toxicity you are referring to
