The most objective take of recent controversy I’ve seen so far

I’ve been waiting to see how the YouTube streamers tackle this divisive issue Activision-blizzard is currently embroiled in (not surprisingly most are avoiding it)…THANK YOU Your overwatch for taking the time to actually look at the entire situation from afar in an objective manner despite your personal feelings about what is happening in that region of the world…and hopefully more people are able to do the same going forward…

I was honestly surprised at their take but I agree 100% with it, we need a lot more objectivity around here and at least they did their part!

Bellular gave a unbiased covering of the matter 2

you call that unbiased??? he even said that because of his video his game might not get funding from china lol

You call this video objective?

“I agree with it, so it’s objective”

Your Overwatch shilled out for blizzard like all the other spineless “OW youtubers”

Its hardly “objective”

They don’t want to be blacklisted, they don’t want to lose access to getting interviews or invited to events

Their entire claim that blizzard dosnt want politics is false, blizzard dosnt want any politics that harms their money, OW is a very political game and both in game and in real life blizzard pushes a political progressive agenda with diversity, gay and human robot relationships etc

Because that’s what gets them praise and positive coverage from the media and so they shall continue to lip service and pander till being “progressive”, is no longer profitable

If blizzard dosnt want controversy they wouldn’t silence and censor people for speaking out like making Jayne delete his tweet criticizing blizzard for their handling of the situation, because he is a coach for an OWL team and this is why you won’t see stylosa speak out cause he works with/for London spitfire

If blizzard didn’t want political then they as an American company wouldn’t go on Chinese social media and say “we will protect the pride of our country”, if they want to protect chinas pride so bad then the entire company should just move to China so they can really cash in on that mobile market

Morals and standing for something dosnt matter to them

I agree with it AND it’s objective, those two aren’t exclusive, the guy even exposes his feeling about hk itself but the point he makes about the outrage is as objective as it gets

You are incorrect. There are many opinions and subjective takes in this video

You simply agree with them, so you think it’s objective

As expected of you of course

so you agree that there are objective “takes” then

Are you shortsighted enough to think that constitutes an objective video?

Thank you for conceding you are a corporate shill

That is a nice attempt at a deflection. How about next time you do not put “objective” in the title if you take criticism as well as China?

I am in fact a corporate oriented individual, I work for my food and I eat very well, you got a problem about that?

I have a problem with your comma splices for sure.

And, of course, you thinking your opinion is objective

That was humorous :stuck_out_tongue:

well but of course you have a problem with people with a different mindset, seems like the shill in this room is someone else

I do not have any problems with people on the sole reason that they have a different mindset.

It seems you don’t understand the word “shill”

You’re hilariously outclassed here so I’ll take my leave. Have fun prioritizing defending a billion dollar company over human dignity lol

Feel free to reply and get the “last word”. I will not be reading it

I mean if you were defending actual dignity that might have some weight but coming from you it’s nothing but a wish

Ur not in a room tho… its a forum

well you seem to lack the understanding of metaphores here but I do not have a problem with you at all, if my post offended you I’m sorry, I was surprised because I did see bellullar’s video this afternoon and it just felt like an echo chamber of the same issue which means that it’s in fact not objective because his take is in line with the outrage and there was no further investigation on his part except for his own feelings

“I disagree with a fact so therefore it didn’t happen.”
