OW2 Looks to be a god tier game. Now I have no idea if its gonna be that good but man am I excited. Doom looks fantastic and hearing that passive reward is gone is perfect. Could not be more excited honestly.

100% agree, it looks super fun and polished so far. Im excited to see where OW2 goes. Definitely gonna be hyped for the entire year till release day.

I initially despised 5v5 and thought it would be the death of OW2, but it’s good to see they’re putting genuine effort into making it work. That’s what I was really afraid of.

It does look significantly better than I was expecting it to at this point.
I think if they just give Support some TLC, and if they release a solid number of new heroes, I’ll be a happy camper.

Maintain your expectation, mate. Having high expectation is prone to disappointment. Learned that the hard way with CP2077.
It looks promising for everyone whose favorite heroes were kept pretty much the same / reworked to be more fun. For the others whose favorite heroes were butchered and stripped away from any fun / carry potential? not so much.
5v5 will be the death of the “tank” role… You watch… the idiotic dps will be like go shield tank… we lost because we didnt have a shield and so forth.
I couldn’t play elden ring even if I had it…think it would be too frustrating for me (though I don’t mind watching people play)

They already do that, nothing much changed there. I get asked to go Double Shield way too often

They are at the moment. And the vast majority of players havent played it yet.
Now that’s an exaggeration if I’ve ever seen one. You can like it, but it is not gonna be anywhere near as awesome. Even original OW with hero stacking wasn’t that and the core priniciples of OW2 don’t change.
A glorified deathmatch, wow, how original.
There is word that Blizzard said that they have something big for early 2023.
People speculate that it’s either OW2 or Diablo 4.
So, there’s a 50% chance that OW2 will release in 2023.
ahh well, at least its not against elden ring for GOTY
