Winston is the best balanced tank and id put him a tier above D.Va

Sigma is objectively, probably the most balanced character in the game. He’s the Swiss Army Knife of the tank role, and genuinely just good without being overbearing. His balance state is ideally what other heroes should be, imo.

Sigma is the most overtuned character in the game his release caused the double shield on overwatch 1 or should it be triple shield because sigma has two shields himself.

Brig is great. Huge carry potential but you get punished quickly for mistakes

The most balanced character in game should always be winston. He should never get buffs or nerfs. The game is in a good place when he’s playable at all elos without being useless and without being OP

His matrix that’s on a 12 second cooldown and is mostly used selfishly and can be rocked, hooked, punished by pin among others?
We’re not playing overwatch 1 so I don’t understand this argument lol.
In ow2 he got basically just 2 changes and only one of them is relatively important. More hp, and slightly more rock damage so he can one shot if he hits it and can hit the follow up and they get no healing. Even ball got more changes than sigma.
Every other tank was basically brought to sigmas level, and most of them are better than him most of the time because he’s so counterable except on maps where his counters suck like Havana

I would consider Reinhardt or Winston to be more accurate for that description. Sigma is pretty hard to deal with at the moment and will probably see some small nerf at some point in the future.
It depends what you consider balanced. Rein kinda stomps low ranks right? Winston is probably a good bet too but I think sigma and him are both balanced. Strong in maps that favor them, but pretty counterable. Winston is definitely harder to play but that’s separate I guess. It’s just the map pool really favors sigma and is pretty rough for Winston.
Sigma did get an ult charge nerf which I think was a good change. Idk if he needs any other changes right now. He struggles against ball Sombra tracer dive on several maps for example. We’ll get Gibraltar back next season which is another map that’s kinda hard for sigma. Eichenwalde isn’t great either among others

The problem is that Sombra isn’t too good right now, and Ball and Tracer are both difficult to play outside of high ranks. He has counters, but none of them work for most people. And as for maps, I rarely see Eichenwalde anymore. No idea what’s up with that.
Fair point about Sombra. I’ve seen a fair number of good sombras that make playing sigma a nightmare since I can’t do anything about them but that’s also at the higher ranks
The stupid map pools. But next season they’ll be gone. I think you’ll see less sigma next season. Maps like Gibraltar and eichenwalde aren’t in rotation and heavily favor mobility. You just can’t really play sigma on there since he doesn’t have any.
In ow1 with 2 tanks I could take high grounds as sigma while my other tank forced cart and you can still do that with something like tracer but in ranked you won’t always get a tracer player nor one that will help you out in that way. I like playing sigma and I’m pretty good at him so I could probably force sigma on Gibraltar, but Winston is just really good against sigma and he’s really good on Gibraltar so it’s difficult.
Tracer and Soldier 76 are the most well balanced DPS heroes IMO while Lucio is currently the most balanced support.
