For me it’s “Do you have a mic?” .
I don’t need to explain why.

But do you have a mic?
“Diff”/“Sit”/“EZ” for me…
Asking if one is capable of communicating in a 6v6 online game that promotes coordination seems like a reasonable request to me…
“Can you switch to X?”
No I can’t. If I have selected someone, there is a good reason why.
oh god especially the “sit down” like what the hell did I do to you lmfao
what does sit even mean?
Hehe, ‘sit’ is such an effective thing to type though.
It’s meaning is clear in the context of the moment and yet is also innocent when looked at in a vacuum.
This is a great word to say to antagonize while not breaking any language rules in-game.
It says so much and is so disparaging despite not meaning anything when looked at out of context.
(If you want to banter in current year, ‘diff’ is a great term to use.)
“The destruction caused by the omnics here, it reminds me of home.”
It’s so smug. Those are the worst insults - I loathe smug people more than any other type of person on this earth personally, so seeing that sort of arrogant smuggery tilts me lmao.
“Get humbled”, or something along those lines. It reads like someone trying to put whoever they’ve just beaten down a peg, as if somehow one person trying to eliminate another was them being cocky. You get it a lot among Widow players trying to 1v1.
Sad but true lmao. Every second game now, someone is diff’d.
A fun way to play with this concept is use it when it’s not relevant.
Typing ‘c9’ at the end of a round the (losing) enemy team clearly didn’t c9 usually leads to some interesting post-round chat…
When taming a wild animal, you give it a simple command to establish/test the level of control the tamer has over the animal.
So after a sound thrashing ingame, someone says, “sit,” or similar Variation, they are establishing dominance of their skill over yours.
Yeah I thought it may be that but I just wants sure since haven’t seen it used in OW. I have seen it in other games as a way to tell the other team that your team is lackng players.
I say it if I headshot a tracer as widow point blank range
“Tanks??”
“Dps?”
“Heal??”
and if they’re asking you to switch there’s also probably a good reason why
“Why im alone on the point?”
Especialy when im dead, i wonder why im not there…
No there isn’t. If they are in my team, it means they are no better than me to give me lessons especially on a role they don’t even play.
Also I am talking mostly about ppl asking for switch before the match has even started.
Sounds like someone got diffed in a game recently.
“AN DEY SAY—AN DEY SAY—AN DEY SAY chivalry is dead.”
Not too annoying but show the intelligence level of the player.
