So should try a reversion of Mercy pre-invuln frames? Those pick rates seem extremely fair. Mercy should be seen in lower play and Ana should be in higher. It makes a lot of sense.

Jesus Christ, who have you been speaking with??? Valkyrie is one of Mercy’s MAIN problems as it removes every weakness she has! I’m so sorry you’ve had to deal with that. Mercy is obviously extremely impactful and still a must-pick. I think she needs further nerfs than her healing. I don’t think that healing nerf will solve any of her issues, but a nerf is a nerf…?

But instead, it’s the opposite. Mercy’s more useful now, which isn’t a bad thing. The problem is that she’s too useful and too easy.
Also, she isn’t f-tier in that chart. She wasn’t f-tier since S3+. Considering that pick rate, I don’t see how she could be F-tier.
Everyone’s sitting here throwing around how she wasn’t used in the “OWL” that was around at that time, yet they refused to acknowledge the ladder and how she reacted and worked in that environment.
Sure, she wasn’t as good as in competitive play, but Mercy mains aren’t exactly liking that she is good in competitive play now. I don’t understand as they complained about that for the longest time, then when it happened, they say they want the old Mercy back.
The Mercy mains I’ve come across don’t formulate good arguments but rather nothing but anecdotes.
Honestly, I’m more shocked than anything at this kind of following.

But yes, I agree. I know not all Mercy players are like that. Unfortunately (in my experience) it’s normally the vocal ones that are.

The vocal one’s of any group are usually bad.
Mercy player vs Mercy main is nit picking, they are the same thing. No person would be able to discern the two meaningfully without fully understand everything about you.
Would rather not have mass res back but something that would allow for the higher skilled main healer (ana) to be on top (slighty) in higher ranks. Mercy shouldn’t be useless, but a lesser pick than Ana.
Mercy is a hero who should slowly start to be used less in high ranks due to her very nature while being reliable in lower/mid ranks.

The one I gave was D-tier.

When I first heard about Mercy getting invuln frames, I literally went, “Wait, why…?” Never knew she was seen as really bad before (I was in diamond around that time). I know A LOT of people wanted Lucio and Ana back then, but I never knew she was struggling.
I never had a problem with her being a bad pick, she shouldn’t be a better one than Ana. It doesn’t make sense for an entry-level hero. But now I truly want her nerfed or reverted because I don’t want Mercy to be a must-pick anymore. It doesn’t make sense that an entry-level hero is so prominent, and I know that the healing reduction will HELP, but it won’t solve the problem, and will still massively be picked and over perform, sadly.
Hopefully they do something soon. It is closing in on nearly a year…

I suppose a “player” might have a more expansive hero pool than a “main” but yes, I agree.
and replace it with an another unique skill.

Blizzard hates Mercy, and if she gets another skill, even to replace current one, she would get nerfed
or don´t you remember what happened to Mercy´s immortality during rez ?
Blizzard actually gave Mercy A LOT of attention for a long time, buffing her 5-6 times. It wasn’t until invuln frames made her better and more noticeably annoying. That is when things went downhill. She got a massive rework that overtuned the living crap out of her kit and they’re trying to make up for it after almost a year of the problem still not being fixed. They sincerely need another rework or revert in a sense.
