The lootbox does not get its value. The price of a lootbox is more expensive than I thought

So this is the calculation
white : 25
blue : 75
purple: 250
yellow :1000

white 58.25%
blue 31.7 %
purple 7.5%
yellow 2.5%

so calculation is (25X0.5825)+(75X0.317)+(250X0.075)+(1000X0.025)
(14.5625)+(23.775)+(18.75)+(25)

So
Each lootbox has 82.08 credit value. if not duplicates.
Event box include normal legendary so I calculated as 1000.
If this is wrong. Recalculate and reply me.

The biggest problem still not mentioned:

Loot can magically re-lock itself in Hero Gallery, a months old bug that still isn’t fixed. Check your Hero Gallery, you might have lost skins etc without noticing it!
Apparently it can happen anytime randomly. Still no response from Blizzard.

I calculated by “if they don’t give skin”. It’s just value calculation.
Anyway is this calculation correct?

Well, it is correct if we ignore
-event skins that cost 3000 during the event they get first released at
-money chest drops in lootboxes (50/150/500 blue/purple/gold)

event lootbox include Normal legendary .

if you get a event legendary inside, than its worth more…
if one where you get nothing is worth 82 but the one you got legendary is worth 3000+…doesnt it balance it self out if you open a bunch of boxes…

i don’t see how this calculation can show the exact value of each boxes…

i mean, from the last 10 boxes i opened it’s pretty much all blues and whites, with 1 or 2 epics mixed in.

i dont think it’s possible to calculate the loot box value, based on 1 box…should try like a 100 opened. and than calculate the value of the stuff you got inside…

It’s more expensive because it’s gambling. Lootboxes have never been about paying for what your money’s worth, it’s about paying for crap with a chance of getting something shiny.
