Thats a good take. And I think its true tbh. It reminds me when I read something like this :
90% or more of people complaining about X meta is not actually playing the meta properly nor in a rank where it is remotely forced. They just like to complain.

I guess my rebuttal to this is that they, at least, haven’t nerfed Symmetra for seemingly no reason in a while. Moira caught the last unnecessary nerf for her.

I feel like dismissing people’s complaints as ‘you just like to complain’ is such a cheap, one note response. Like a parrot barfing up whatever it’s heard before, just doesn’t take any actual thought. And you can apply it to literally any argument; what’s so convincing about a counterargument that’s so broad and vague it could be applied to literally anything anyone has a critique about? If that convinces you then I got a car I’d like to sell you lol.
As cheap as blame deflection and cheap skepticism. If you dismiss everything by blaming someone else and claiming “nah thats not true”, you win any debate by default mate. 
Also re-read the take, it literally has an explanation. I am not dismissing EVERYTHING with a reason that says “they just like to complain”, the sentence is pretty clear and it s 100% on point in this case.
If you are going to nitpick a sentence to throw a “rebuttal”, at least read the entire post and dont act like its not justified or doesnt exist. Its hardcore disingenuous/dishonest.

There is a lot of favouritism, unnecessary buffs/nerfs and exclusively OWL changes that the game don’t needs.
Some heroes can be good for months even years (Ana and Tracer as prime examples) while others not even allowed to be remotely good for over 2 weeks (Symmetra, Sombra as prime examples). Tanks got gutted because Pros said so. Specific supportsgot killed because of famousDPS streamer man-childs. Etc. List goes on.
Here is a hot take: Since 2020 most changes to the game were just bad and Blizzard handled OW extremly badly since then.

-shrug- I was just answering the general sentiment of ‘People like to complain’ because it’s an age old argument that’s been whipped out by old men all my life and I’m tired to death of it. Like, seriously, it’s so boring and clearly requires no actual thought from the user of the argument. It’s like a one size fits all t-shirt of arguments, and anyone that uses it should probably realize that it’s basically like tapping out of the argument in and of itself. Which, usually when I see it, it’s guys patting themselves on the back for being oh so clever saying it, which is just… Hi-larious.
I mean. yea, in my view and games it dont look like i would like it so i complain.
For example how fast you can delete tanks, and how much dmg in general was thrown around. Tho last nerfs are good step, there were to little of it still.

I didnt dismiss something by throwing a random “they just like to complain”. The sentence is explanatory about a claim/complaint thrown, and why it is not legit, therefore the conclusion is that it was said because “they just like to complain”.

Tho tbf here, leaving a hero in a bad state (i.e. a lot worse than others) isn’t actually in support of your claim either
