I’m really enjoying this Halloween event.
Junkenstein’s Revenge is fun as hell. A total blast. Without spoilers, the narration is great, the story is fun, and the co-op aspect is just amazing–really liked “meeting up” with the team. The presentation of everything (like an old school horror movie) is truly awesome.
You did great, Bliz. Looking forward to future PvE content/events
I was angry. Bought that witch skin and then found out everyone that plays the mode gets to use it too. Straight up bogus.
Let’s just hope they work on the event items by Christmas. The rate this is going on, it’ll break news soon.

The story and the gameplay are not bad but I would’ve made a better selection of the heroes for the event:
I mean I’ve completed it but I have to admit the choices were poor.
What saddens me for the PvE playerbase is that in 2 weeks they’ll remove this and you’ll be left with no more PvE whatsoever and you’ll be forced back to PvP modes only, sorry.
I think the event is OK … has some nice ideas, but could had been better. It’s just a shame they didn’t include a mode where you can pick from the entire hero pool.
Yeah totally agree with you about junker queen. I have no idea how anyone is supposed to beat this on legendary difficulty.
my brother in christ its 10 minutes long, with the exact same premise of the old halloween events.
the story is literally pointless, the co-op is the same as it has always been, meeting up with the team was literally shoot wooden door hold w.
you shills are way too easy to please. 3 years for this event. no random changes, no different maps.
It is possible but it requires a lot of premade not to mention if you wanna make the score you’ll have to actually glitch with the in-game mechanics because the zomboids don’t give points when they self destruct.
If you watched Flats & company they basically had one hitting them for bait with Ashe and then jumping on a roof so they get stuck and slowly destroyed for score.
if this is the taste of the pve we are gonna get, im gonna be sad, i was hoping for more like a wow style but story driven dungeon. it was way to short imo.
I will give you bad news, for the christmas event we will surely have only 1 new skin and give thanks

Some of the choices are lazy and sloppy such as Kiriko’s skin/character in the story, Sojourn’s skin/character in the story, JQ’s skin, etc…
This is a billion dollar company, This event could have been made by someone in the workshop if given the tools. It’s not terrible, it’s just not up to standard, especially if it’s supposed to be a preview for PvE next year (which I think will be better but this wasn’t a good showcase).
This event is the bare minimum and given the rocky launch and money backing the game, it should have and easily could have been much better.
Isn’t that the same for Achieves though?
And they will be for all the new heroes, again

You play wrath of the bride once and there is nothing new left to do. The AI are the same as they have been previously (so much for the special OW2 PvE AI). They didn’t even bother to make Sojourn a thematic spooky skin so they just used her cyberpunk one lol (which goes against the theme of all the main hero skins for the spooky season events).
Yeah, hopefully if they are better than this. It felt very basic and boring lol. The only thing I enjoyed was Moira’s shenanigans.
Oh and literally the very first game I played it I got called all sorts of words c//t, re/ard etc by bypassing the chat filter, so good job blizzard for not banning them after I reported them!
I loved the new pve mode too. I thought it was really well done and liked that it was actually a little dark and spooky. I am so happy to get something that’s not the original junkenstein for the first time in years. Really good addition to the event.
