The game needs 120 Tick servers

60 tick is too low in my opinion. This is the main reason a lot of noreg hits. Moxy complains a lot about noregs. The quality of the gameplay would be better with 120 tick.

If you think the current 60 Hz (actually 64 Hz) servers are problematic, then you should have experienced the game when its servers ran at 20.8 Hz for the first few months after it released!

I played csgo (more than 900 hours) and the quality of the game in faceit(128tick) is much better than mm(64) servers.

Funny that when game was only 20 tickrate i never seen bad hitred with my 80 ping, but when game become 60 tickrate quantity of nohitregs goes to the moon

Most of my no reg issue was caused by packet loss. 120hz tick rate definally can improve, but the issue might still be there. I do notice a significant network quality drop recently, but that is likely causes by lockdowns in my areas.

Seriously? I mean, that’s great for you folks living in central Cali, but for the rest of the world, that’s an effectively meaningless change.

OW engine can’t handle hypermobility and a higher tick rate won’t fix it. The engine needs a massive overhaul to make use of it which we will get and I hope with it 120Hz tickrate

The amount of times I hit the ability button, only for it to just not go off is insane. Hate getting pulled out of Cryo and Fade. Apparently 17ms ping isn’t good enough.
