The game keeps crashing over and over again

The game crashes to the desktop for no reason randomly.
No other game seems to have this behavior.

I tried everything but nothing works.
Overwatch never did this before, so i guess the latest patch bugged or crashed something in the API.

I didn’t see any known issues at the moment, so we should go through some steps to narrow down the possible cause. Have you tried any of these steps?

If so, let’s get a DxDiag to pinpoint the problem:

  1. Press Windows Key + R.
  2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.
  3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  4. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
  5. Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the “preformatted text” button (</>). That’ll make the information much more readable.
