The game is stuck on the loading screen after a matching. I think the desertion penalty is because there is a technical problem with the game, not an individual desertion. Why are you penalizing individual players for internal game issues, which include a recommended level penalty in quick play and a score penalty in competitive play? when the above bug occurs more than once a day. Until the above issue is resolved, the penalty for players who have abandoned without being selected in the pick window: should be removed regardless of quick play or competitive. Literally, on March 26, 2025, I was penalized for not being able to play Quick Match for 5 minutes because of this bug.
Lots of players are having this issue too. No word yet from Blizz, which tracks
