Oh really, it’s not like there are drops right now or something…
a third of those viewers are from timthetatman lets be real. But Blizz will never release the numbers so we will never know if the game is truly dying or not

Sure the game has lost to Fortnite, CS and Valorant, but OW2 still competes with Apex Legends, Deadlock and Escape fr Tarkov.
the game is dying, twitch is a very good indicator, just look at the history of ow2 viewers, when theres no drops its the same as dead by daylight, a game with siginificantly less palyers
How do you check viewer history?

google twitch statistics or something, there are plenty of websites
anyway, yeah, game probably not dying people are just stupid like they always are
People that unironically think game is dying : Dudes that left the game and hate it.
People that say the game is dying out of rage : All the haters that are addicts that cant become the dude above.

PS: Any google search on steam and checking Twitch would corroborate the game is NOT dying.

Ok so according to Twitchtracker website, OW2 is #14 most viewed this past week. So the number in OP is not far.
Without drops Overwatch is often down at 30 to 33 on the twitch list, with 12-15k viewers.
That is definitely not impressive by a game like Overwatch, which should have been up where Valorant is.
What Blizzard is doing with drops is actually bribing the playerbase to give it a good twitch placement.
Those drops are psychedelic. They even got me to do it. I have not touched that app in years, but this was a groovy deal.
You know what I like about games and why I play them?
It’s not their viewer count.
