No blizz should listen to ALL of the players who play overwatch. if it has been decided that a nerf or buff or a rework needs to be added then it will be implemented. If they ONLY listen to the OWL, Contenders, Content Creators, etc. then a lot of heros would be bad.
Higher rank players just hate brig.
