i have completely lost the hope in the devs understanding of competitive integrity. i dont want to see people boosted by the hero in my games anymore it legitimately ruins the game.

Or… this was a smaller patch and they wanted to test other ways to bring her in line?

Shockingly, something not reaching live doesn’t mean they aren’t aware of the issue.

eh. bap buff still completely unnecessary as i was just playing him in scrims right before patch (4.4k) also brig nerfs need to come live right now cant take this no mo lol

I don’t think this was the experimental update. This looked like it was the PTR changes (the Lucio wallride option, and the Bap matrix width change) going live. Experimental probably going live on Thursday.

I agree the nerf SHOULD have gone through. I don’t know why man.

Baptiste needs to immo moved to ult. But I am fully confident they are aware of the problems, just not sure why they didn’t push Brigitte nerfs through.

dont need to watch samito to realize the issue the hero is on the game. i play said hero in 4.4 scrims and it is ridiculous. the kit simply put ruins the competitive integrity of the game.

This isnt the patch that pushes experimental stuff live this is the patch that pushed stuff that was on the ptr and the new sym skin live, whether the experimental stuff is going live or not has yet to be determined

At the risk of being ‘that guy’, calling people boosted simply by playing a certain hero, especially when your own profile is private, isn’t a good look. The whole post comes across as I-got-outplayed-by-a-Brig-once-now-I’m-salty kinda deal

I think its still consideration, there others changes made to other heroes, one day that choice to nerf brig will come back, sometimes i wonder if maybe instead of 25health, it could be 25shield if you say sacrificed your shield health before it breaks to give you personal shield for temporary period of time.

This clearly wasn’t the EXC as none of the EXC changes were in this patch.

boosted even though i hit 4.4 on the worst hero in the game in s23, you can check the eu leaderboards, rank 61 support if i recall correctly? eitherway brigitte does in fact boost people due to her kit being the easiest while also being the strongest support kit in the game. people should not go from 2.2 to gm in a season just for picking her up yet they do “surprisingly”.

Did I call you boosted? I said that slating people for playing a hero and accusing them boosted with a private profile isn’t a good look, which it isn’t. It’s cool to have negative feelings towards a hero, but there’s a point when you’ve got to acknowledge personal bias, and realise that from an outside perspective you can just come across as whiney. Hope you have a good day and feel better soon
