can blizzard explain that why Hong Kong is not an eligible country / location to get the OWL token while watching the overwatch league？
i feel confused starting the first season. People in Hong Kong love playing overwatch and most of them will watch the overwatch league too. But how Hong Kong cannot be one of the eligible locations to get those token ?
it seems nonsense if HongKong is not the one of the eligible countries / locations to get the OWL token as it is an international city and joined for OWWC for twice.
Everyone in hongkong love overwatch and love watching overwatch league, so can blizzard giving the permission of getting the token while watching OWL ?
if not , i want to know the reason whether why HongKong cannot. Thanks
