I played my first two games of drive (on a placed dps role). The first game I won with a 22 SR gain and 220 Drive points. The second game I lost with a 23 SR loss and lost 115 Drive points and am now at 105 total.
According to the Drives Overview, I should only have lost 69 points, not the 115. Either the Drives Overview needs to updated to “, while losses subtract five times your rank progress” or the code needs to only remove three times your rank progress.

Same. Please fix it asap blizzard. I played 8 games in 2 hours and I’m back down to 120 while I was very close to 500 at a point. To say it is frustrating is an understatement.
Also what happened to not losing drive points when you have a leaver and as a result everyone leaves? I thought that was a thing?

How are new players even able to get to participate in it when all of the competitive players are dominating quickplay to the point that new players can’t even GET into Comp? Entire joke of a system is rigged.

Can anyone confirm if the patch from 2-3pm PDT (drives were released before this) fixed this bug?

Also drive event come with lot of cheaters, jesus even in open queue lot of people with auto aim/ aim lock headshotting everywhere.
Wanting to confirm (at least for me) that it is now x3 instead of x5. I was at 1174 and lost, going down to 1111 for around -63 instead of the nearly -150 from one loss. Grind away!
