People who bought the full Cyber bundle with Lucio and Widowmaker got a full refund for it and were able to keep both skins, but since i only wanted the Widowmaker skin i bought it in the Hero gallery as soon as it dropped for 1900 coins, but then they removed the bundle cause the Lucio skin was given away as a free reward and the Widowmaker skin came back in a bundle with the original Skin/Charm and Spray, all items i already owned which means if they didnt make this mistake i wouldve only had to pay around 990 coins for the new Widowmaker skin instead of 1900 coins
Feels really nice seeing all the people who got both skins for free and others who paid a lot less than me just cause i was too quick to buy it…all cause they made a mistake…
(I also love the Support who told me to go on here and complain so the Devs see it and do something about it)
Did you reach out to customer support at all? When the Lucio skin thing first came up, there was a post telling people to reach out for assistance if they didn’t get a refund. Hopefully, they will be understanding and give you some type of refund. Good luck.

Ah. I thought you meant someone playing support in a game with you. That’s a crappy response from customer support (though I guess better than nothing?). Sorry to hear.
There was a thread a week or so back about the Lucio skin that Blizzard was monitoring and posting in - maybe necro that and see if it helps?

That is nonsense, since I personally got a refund because I spend something on a different account and I got my money back, the skin I bought got rescinded and I could rebuy again on the correct account. The ability is there, just not the will.

I know, i had a similar problem about a year ago and their support was able to remove the skin and give my coins back.

Company utilizes shady anti-consumer practices. You buy from said company. Get targeted by said anti-consumer practice.
