Assume Blizzard will add any balance update you actually want. Let’s build The Community Balance Patch, and show why Blizzard shouldn’t listen to every suggestion. Even if suggestions go against other suggestions.

Ana
-Biotic Grenade: Healing reduction vs enemies reduced from 100% to 25%.
Widowmaker:
-Scoped charge headshot damage reduced by 50%. The remaining 50% turns into a bleed, over 5 seconds.
Baptise:
-Invulnerable shield now has charges. After 5 hits, preventing death, generator dies.
Sombra:
-Invisibility duration reduced from 5 seconds to 2.
-Translocator now has 5 charges. Cooldown increased from 6 seconds to 8.
Reinhardt:
-Charge pin damage reduced from 300 to 50. Charge can now be used in all directions (even up and down). After being pinned, enemy player will take fall damage starting at 10 meters in the air, at a rate of 1 dmg per meter. Duration increased from 3 seconds to 5.
Mei:
-Moved from dps, to tank.
-Health increased from 300, to 400.
-Ice Armor passive: Mei now has ice armor. Maximum of 300, spawning with 300. She can look down and cast her primary weapon on herself to regenerate Ice Armor at a rate of 50 per half second.
-Frostbite: After receiving 450 Ice Armor, Mei can not receive more Ice Armor for 10 seconds.
