She moves the same speed as the rest of the cast since she can’t be using any other ability at the same time.
All 3 snipers, most of the hitscan cast, Junkrat, Pharah etc etc can all deal more than 40 damage in one ability/primary fire.
Probably too cultural and risky for them to do. Since people are so extremely sensitive nowadays.
Widowmaker is in a bright purple suit and shows some skin.
I doubt they’d care about Sombra.
