Is one you let us do whatever we want with it. To test and practice whatever we want however we want.
If you open up the command console to players you could let us spawn in various different bots and allow us to modify values such as damage and health etc.
We could even spawn in easy, medium or hard AI heroes.
Practice range is important and I think if you do this you can basically forget about having to revisit it ever again.
