This is my guess. I think this is just a decoy.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the ball is just what Hammond uses to reach earth or something and the ball isn’t used in game.

i personally starting to think its efi, she likes lucio’s music, she has AI/Robotics intelligence and shes on vacation doing work. :slight_smile: just saying

it is Wrecking Ball : The Champion we don’t know yet if it is also Junkerqueen but there’s a solid chance it’s her.

Could be a decoy, could be a new Hero, could be a lead-in (like with that guy who got mentioned once in that document on the mission where Torb lost his arm), could even be a new objective (if anyone thinks this is a weird type of objective, come back to me after looking up Clam Blitz in Splatoon 2 Clam Blitz - Inkipedia, the Splatoon wiki). We won’t know for a week or two.

What nobody knows is that the ball is not a person, but instead it’s a vessel - A ship. Which, once its door opens, unleashes this inner-ape human with black hair, who can use his ULT to have increased damage and speed, while turning its hair blonde…

I doubt you animate that and then not have it in the game…

I think it is Hammond in a powersuit(mech possibly pod too) which has an ability to curl into a ball and roll around possibly with knockback and damage effect. Otherise he walks around in his powersuit mech and fights in melee range.

I don’t think that.
The Ball is way to detailed to be just a decoy.
I could imagine that “the wrecking ball” is less a mech and more an exosuit.

That ball was about the size of a basketball maybe a little bigger.

Unless hammond is a time lord he aint getting in that.

Pretty sure it is way bigger than a basketball. Take a look at the football just behind it. The Ball is actually not that close to the camera. It is closer to what a boulder would be.

Boulderball confirmed to replace Lucioball.

Instead of Lucio we’ll have the new beefy hero 28 in the 3v3.
