So I bought the all-access pass on the 18th and its the 25th so where are my items?
I don’t have any skins I was promised or that dope Lucio emote (GJ animators/designers its rly good!) Does anyone else not have these items, they were said to come out the 24th so where are they?

You need to redeem the items.
how? i see no button in twitch that says “loot” or anything like that
On overwatch go to options link account it should be there bug might take a while to come through
i did that already .
Click on this link. Once you’re there scroll down until you see a tab named “Loot”. Once you click on the tab there’s a button that says “redeem all”. Just click on that and you’ll be good to go.
