Do you get bits from buying the pass? As a Hanzo main, I’d love to get the exclusive skin for him but I don’t wanna buy bits and the pass.
Afraid not. There are no bits included in the All-Access Pass.

They’ll likely have it on sale for a while and next year they will likely be pushing other items too.
Twitch paid around $90 million for a two year deal for Overwatch. It’s unlikely they’ll be breaking even from just from the value of the viewers (especially since Blizzard has been running the major events on TV as well). As a result, they need to sell other content such as in-game items to make money.
There is going to be a new All-Access Pass from what I understand. All players (including those who subscribed in 2018) will have to subscribe for the new one once the season begins. Be sure to follow OverwatchLeague.com for news when the time comes.
