Doomfist - A Hypermobile DPS with Hard CC isn’t much better when it’s a hypermobile tank with hard CC. Always on the razor’s edge of balance, look how dominant he became with just a couple seconds off his CDs, hotfixed within the week. Another character in need of a rework. Power Block is kind of a turd of an ability
Mauga - Cardiac and Cha-Cha crits. Makes tanks days miserable while shooting smaller heroes makes it useless, and Cardiac is too lopsided like Hog Breather if misused, Berserker sort of mitigates this, but Cardiac just needs another type of utility instead of healing & DMG reduction
Orisa - Fortify and Javelin spin. Fortify is overloaded, and Javelin Spin is way too front-ended for Orisa’s mitigation, if you mess it up, Orisa is just a big gold lump that can’t do anything against the team, but when both are even half cycle-able in terms of rotation timing she’s unkillable.
Roadhog - Breather and Hook are Hog’s biggest issues, unengaging to play against and contribute to him being a fat blob that can end up contributing nothing to a fight if misused. Way too punishing if you mess up, and if balanced even slightly ends up becoming a monster
Hanzo - Gross one-shot hero that ruins DPS and supports day, complete flop of a character with only 1 form of sub-par utility
Mei - A sleeper pick that comes slithering out of her ice block like the gross slug she is once brawl becomes meta so she can bully tanks. If you could shoot her out of ice block, I think that would be a big plus in alleviating frustration against her
Sombra - Hack is the biggest issue, no one can agree on what to do with it, and the issues with Stealth will never not be complained about. Support rework is looking to be the best option in fixing her
Widowmaker - Same problem as Hanzo, dying instantly to some nerd hiding 500 ft back when a game is designed around using abilities to survive or wins fight is just terrible design
Moira - Literally just make the RMB less forgiving with a better visual and I guarantee the crying would stop, but even then she’s still a skill check hero with 0 utility, just a bad support design
Lifeweaver - There should never be a hero designed around fixing team mistakes and positioning, and least of all one with no offensive utility. Lucio with just speed boost and boop makes him an S-tier support design while lifeweaver is complete trash with his entire kit.
