Haven’t you had those games when your support initially tries some “high-skill” hero like Ana or Baptiste, or Zen. And you get creamed over and over?
Finally they switch to Brig, and you just roll over the entire team. Like, ok it took you long enough, but still - at least you made the right decision in the end!

on console the worst ones are the one trick mercys, like yes I get it you want to look cute and dodge enemies, but we are dying we need more heals then they go and pistol and feed and I cry

Well… you can always play soldier/mei/hog/ball all heroes that can do with a little less heal…
Who knows you might even get gold heals Soldier! 
play what you want. Let others play what they want. Work with the choices made.
Thing is, if your team peels properly, your team applies enough pressure, creates enough space, etc you generally shouldn’t need to swap off an Ana to say a Brig or Moira. Right now in most situations you will get more value out of Ana even if you aren’t particularly good with her. It’s hard to make the call to switch when it could just be a rough fight or two and might not even be your fault. If your team starts gelling then swapping isn’t the right call, if the enemy team is going to continue getting free reign on your backline then brig or moira is the call.
Sounds like the support didn’t get enough support from their team So they had to pick something more self-reliant.
That’s what brig and Moira are specifically.
There isn’t some degree of bitterness involved here is there?.
Question for the OP ( or anyone making threads like this demanding a certain hero ) if you really want a particular hero why do you not queue for that role and play it yourself ?
In my case, it’s usually dread that comes up, and acceptance that the match is a wash, as usually Moira/Brig players don’t support the team in the slightest.
I’m okay with my team playing anyone they like, as long as they’re good. Obviously if an Ana is not good, I’d rather have them on a different hero they’re comfortable with.
The thread is a veiled complaint that some heroes are tuned to be objectively better than others, which is unfortunately true.
